What should you Expect in working with a Functional Nutritionist?
Nutritional deficiencies are one of the primary causes for many of the chronic symptoms and diseases in the world today. As a functional nutritionist, I use a variety of diagnostic tools to figure out where those nutritional deficiencies have caused dysfunction in your body, and then I support your bodies natural ability to heal by giving it the nutrients it needs through food and supplements. I mainly work with women that have a variety of symptoms like: migraines, food sensitivities, chronic fatigue, skin conditions, hormone imbalances (infertility, PMS, peri- or menopausal symptoms), digestive dysfunction (Constipation, Diarrhea, IBS, IBD, Crohns colitis), blood sugar dysregulation (pre-diabetes), mood disturbances (anxiety or depression) or autoimmune conditions.
What my Clients are Saying...
Thank you so much for your guidance! I have kept up with everything you taught me. I have only had one migraine this year and I haven't had a single cold or anything this year! Last year, it seemed that I was sick with either a migraine or a cold every week/month! I actually have sick days this year, which is unbelievably insane since last year I had used up all of my sick time in about 4 months!
